THE STAGING PROCESS

Home Staging Consultation

We begin with a walkthrough of your home where detailed photos, measurements and notes are taken. These visits are quite thorough and can take an upwards of two hours depending upon the size and condition of the home.

We will explore and identify the key selling features that should be highlighted as well as any areas of concern that need to be addressed that could potentially affect the sale price and/or days on the market.

Detailed Customized Report

Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed report providing a list of recommendations that will help increase the home’s value.

Recommendations may include:

Paint color
Lighting options
Repairs & renovations
Editing and organizational solutions
Cleaning solutions
Space planning, function & flow
Furniture placement or rental furniture
Art placement
Curb appeal

The report will also discuss a strategic action plan for which you can hire Nella Casa Bella to manage some or all recommendations if you are unable to oversee it yourself.

Set Home Staging Date

Contract is signed and the date is in the calendar! We are getting everything ready for a smooth install day.

On-Site Install & Delivery

Our team arrives on site to execute our strategic action plan to transform your home into an extraordinary listing, highlighting it’s best selling features to increase its value and decrease the time in market.

Property is Sold (yay!) & We Destage

Once your home has sold and conditions and finances are approved, we de-stage the home and pick up all the rental furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories.
